Q: Does Stok Folk & Kon take every case “personally”?
RS: Our firm is dedicated to providing experienced representation with a highly personalized approach. RS: We have the ability to take a case from inception, to trial, to appeals and post-judgment action. Our appellate practice is known for success and several reported decisions, including one involving a banking institution that went all the way to the Supreme Court, setting a positive precedent for the arbitration of disputes.
