Acqualina Resort’s three acclaimed restaurants are participating in Miami Spice through September 30, and each experience is its own unique delight.

Il Mulino New York is offering a three-course lunch menu for $40, with a choice of three appetizers, entrées such as Spicy Rigatoni in a Vodka Cream Sauce and Snapper Livornese, and a choice of Cannoli or Torta di Cioccolato for dessert. If you can’t make it for lunch, Il Mulino’s $65 three-course dinner menu offers a second chance, with even more delectable options including Pollo alla Parmigiana, always a fan favorite, along with Cavatelli Bolognese, Scampi Risotto and Salmon with wild mushrooms and broccoli rabe.

For lighter fare, the $50 dinner menu at Ke-uH, the resort’s Japanese/Tapas eatery, offers delicious starters like Salmon Pizza on a whole wheat baked crust with truffle, guacamole, olives and egg, Spicy Honey Shrimp and Ribeye Tacos, mains like Spice Sushi Combo, Wagyu Gyoza with Vegetable Fried Rice and Baby Back Ribs with Parmesan Truffle Fries, topped off with refreshing Mochi ice cream for dessert. Ke-uH has more to offer than impeccable oceanfront dining. Here, East Asian cuisine and Southeast Asian influence come together to offer a new take on Japanese fusion. Great food might be a given (Corporate Chef Oscar Noborikawa spent 14 years working at Nobu), but Acqualina’s eatery also represents a celebration of cultures, both near and far.

Nestled in The Estates at Acqualina, Avra Estiatorio Miami’s glamorous 12,000-square-foot dining room and opulent interiors make for a romantic date night setting, Greek style. This year’s Miami Spice offering is $65 per person for three courses, featuring a selection of authentic specialties. Among the appetizer options are Cheese Saganaki, lightly fried Greek cheese with lemon and oregano, and a choice of three Classic Spreads for dipping with pita, while featured entrées include Grilled Branzino, Grilled Organic Chicken with lemon-roasted potatoes and Mediterranean herbs, and Faroe Islands Salmon with grilled vegetables. Fresh, light desserts such as Greek yogurt with sour cherry, walnuts and honey, and traditional Greek orange cake, make for the ideal sweet ending.

DISCLAIMER: For Miami Spice, the 3-course meal includes appetizer, entrée and dessert. Beverage, tax and gratuity are not included. Restaurant participation, days offered and menus vary and are subject to change.
