Guess again… this is the Sun Life Stadium, home of the Miami Dolphins and many spectacular events and concerts throughout the year. The young entrepreneurs (45-and-under) who are members of the Aventura Marketing Council’s Aventura Young Professionals (AYP) were in for a treat when they held their luncheon inside Duffy’s Hall of Champions at Sun Life Stadium recently and had a chance to take a ‘behind-thescenes’ tour.
As members networked over a marvelous Italian luncheon provided by Big Tomato Market and Grill, surprise guest NFL Alumnus Troy Drayton joined them to talk about some of his NFL experiences and present lucky door prize winner Nathalie Wright of Express Employment Professionals with an autographed NFL football.
Their VIP tour included visits to the VIP suites, LIV Sun Life, the players’ locker room and the football field. Members gathered inside the Dolphins locker room around the huge Dolphins logo… giving them just a small taste of the excitement and emotion Miami Dolphins players experience before running onto the field. Since Sun Life Stadium was built in 1987, many transformations have taken place over the years. This stadium is the only stadium built for football and later used permanently for baseball, and is the only stadium in the nation to house an actual nightclub during game hours.
With all the excitement around, one can’t help but realize all of the space available for private gathering, corporate meetings, teambuilding programs, company picnics, tradeshows and conventions, holiday parties, graduations, wedding receptions, bar & bat mitzvahs and the like.
