Seasoned real estate investment and development firms Key International and 13th Floor Investments recently announced that construction for their highly anticipated project ─ 1010 Brickell ─ has topped off.
Now soaring 50 stories in the heart of Miami’s Brickell Financial District, the 387-unit luxury residential building is slated for delivery in the first half of 2017. Leading general contractor is Moss & Associates.
The development team previously secured a $76 million syndicated construction loan led by Regions Bank and with participation by Mercantil Commercebank and City National Bank to pave the way for the project.
