The Miami Open presented by Itaú has announced a robust lineup of new and returning food and beverage partners for the upcoming 2025 tournament. These partners will offer a diverse array of culinary delights to elevate the fan experience at the tournament, set to take place from March 16-30.
Fans attending the event will have the opportunity to enjoy an assortment of high-quality dining options throughout the campus, ranging from gourmet meals to quick grab-and-go snacks. New Experiences:
- Fabel: Known for its unique flavors and dining experience, Fabel will transport its Miami vibe to The Grove, offering a fresh and exciting atmosphere alongside its signature menu of modern, globally inspired dishes.
- Miami Slice: This Miami fan favorite serves up delicious, authentic New York-style pizza, offering a fresh, flavorful slice of the Big Apple at the event
- La Casa Brugal by Brugal Rum: Experience Brugal 1888 – an ultra-premium double-aged Dominican rum and the new official rum partner of the Miami Open – at a pop-up experience serving signature cocktails with a Caribbean twist, like the Cafecito Martini and Rum Old Fashioned.

Returning Experiences:
- Dobel Tequila: Returning to the Miami Open for its 3rd consecutive year as the tournament’s official tequila, Dobel will serve the official cocktail of the tournament, the Ace Paloma, at the Dobel Tequila Club in Palm Court and at locations throughout the campus, a refreshing and smooth serve that captures the spirit of the tournament.
- Kiki on the River: A returning fan favorite, Kiki on the River brings its vibrant Greek cuisine and lively atmosphere from their Miami restaurant to the Miami Open campus, offering a taste of the Mediterranean in a dynamic setting.
- Santa Margherita Rosé Giardino: Making a triumphant return, the breathtaking Santa Margherita Rosé Giardino unveils a stunning rose garden bar, where guests can unwind with Italian wines in a lush, floral-inspired oasis. The star of the menu? The fan-favorite Santa Margherita Frosé—a refreshing, icy twist on the classic, perfect for cooling off after a thrilling match on the court.

New food and beverage items from Art of Tea, Bakerly, Parmigiano Reggiano and Prime Food Distributor can be found sprinkled throughout the campus at select concessions. Returning favorites include Cheeseburger Baby, beloved by locals as “The Queen of South Beach”, and Ella’s Oyster Bar, bringing the freshness of New England cuisine with a Miami twist, in addition to Sushi Maki, Suviche, Novecento and Oceana Coffee.
