“People working in Brickell, downtown Miami, and even in the Health District, want to rent close to where they work. Yet, until now, that was very challenging due to the lack of affordable, quality inventory.”
The demand for quality apartments, especially for professionals working nearby, has generated leases at a speed rarely seen before in a rental building. Rental rates for 22 Skyview’s one-, twoand three-bedroom units range from approximately $1,500 to $2,800 a month.
Another one of 22 Skyview’s advantage is its proximity to trendy shopping, dining and entertainment destinations, including the Design District, South Beach, Shops at Midtown and Wynwood Arts District. For culture lovers, 22 Skyview is less than a mile away from the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, AmericanAirlines Arena, and the new Museum Park which will be home to the Miami Art Museum and Miami Science Museum.

F YOU WANT TO MOVE THERE YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT …I was rented at Skyview for three years and i made a security deposit for $1600. This year I decided to move somewhere else and at the checkout the Management decided to keep $1400 based on “repairs” which it is insane considering that the apartment had minor issues. I have attached a picture of the wood floor and they said that the repair would cost $480! On top of that they charged me $354 for the replacement of the carpet in JUST ONE ROOM. DO NOT EVEN THINK TO MOVE THERE!
