Miami-based developer Urban Network Capital Group (UNCG), in partnership with Vertical Developments, recently announced the securement of a $24.5 million construction loan from Rok Lending for the development of Visions at Brickell Station. The wellness-forward condo-hotel project is more than 50 percent sold, with this milestone paving the way for a 2025 delivery in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood.

Located at 1136 SW Third Ave., the eight-story development presents 111 move-in-ready units priced from $500,000 and delivered turnkey, with floor plans comprised of studios, junior suites and one-bedrooms up to 539 square feet. Visions at Brickell Station will introduce an extensive wellness experience in-residence and throughout amenity spaces to foster a balanced and healthy lifestyle when on vacation.

Condo-hotel ownership allows the opportunity to invest in one of the world’s fastest-growing metropolitan areas with exclusive access to the resort-residences and freedom for owners to stay up to 30 nights per year. While away, the condo-hotel units will be overseen by an experienced hotel management company to streamline all needs for a seamless resort experience.

“With wellness as the cornerstone of this project, the experiential design of Visions at Brickell Station strikes a chord with buyers who seek accessible ownership in Miami’s urban core within a property that is both innovative and timeless,” said Robert Thorne, CEO of UNCG. “We appreciate the support from Rok Lending and look forward to continuing sales momentum as we move into 2024.”

Throughout the entire property, an array of wellness amenity offerings is thoughtfully integrated to enhance human health, sleep, and performance. This creates a harmonious environment that leverages advanced technology to promote optimal well-being during a guest’s stay. The wellness experience begins within each condo-hotel unit, with amenities that encourage holistic health such as circadian lighting, grounding bed mattress pads, vitamin C shower filters and more.

Elsewhere on property, a sanctuary-like Spa offers owners and guests an extensive menu of rejuvenating experiences, ranging from massage treatments and BrainTap therapy to cold plunge and more. Visions at Brickell Station boasts a rooftop pool, on-site restaurant and bar, state-of-the-art gym and a corporate meeting event space, for an overall project cost of $45 million.

UNCG and Vertical Developments are also behind the innovative Visions Resort & Spa, a sister property to Visions at Brickell Station. The $170 million, master-planned resort recently broke ground in Orlando, minutes from Walt Disney World. The environmentally conscious community will bring single-family homes, townhomes, condo-hotel units and retail space in a multistage project set to transform the market’s vacation rental experience. Like Visions at Brickell Station, the property will unite the impressive benefit of premier hospitality management by a highly regarded company with diverse residential options for ownership and short-term stay.
