Cassa Brickell, the chic, boutique condo development in the tranquil Brickell Triangle neighborhood just west of Brickell Avenue, hosted its official grand opening on Thursday, Oct. 13.
Attended by more than 300 tastemakers, VIP brokers and Cassa Brickell buyers, the event marked the completion of the 80-unit building, which was developed by TSG Paragon Development, Florida’s leading partnership of cutting-edge, boutique residences.
The evening commenced as guests were greeted with strawberry mojitos as they entered the contemporary-style lobby, which features double-height ceilings with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, soft hues adorning the walls, unique natural wood paneling, and furnishing and accessories by Artemide.
The celebration continued on the 10th floor rooftop amenity level with live music, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, including a delectable selection of truffle croquetas, smoked salmon tartare, and mini crostini’s of herb-infused goat cheese, fig and honey.
As the sun set over the backdrop of Miami’s skyline, guests were bedazzled with a surprise show of synchronized swimmers. The six performers presented a wave of graceful movements in beautiful harmony to a selection of lively music in cassa brickell’s infinity-edge pool.
Located at 201 SW 17 Rd., Cassa Brickell’s modern interiors and sophisticated amenities were revealed for the first time, offering an initial glimpse into the development’s captivating community lifestyle. Throughout the soiree, the crowd mingled within curated spaces, including Cassa Brickell’s rooftop vegetable garden ─ the first of its kind within a Downtown Miami condo building ─ summer kitchen, fitness center, and an assortment of original works by local and international artists displayed throughout the common areas.
