Okan Tower, Miami’s supertall tower anchored by a Hilton Miami Bayfront Hotel and poised to be a landmark for the Downtown skyline, recently revealed a collection of never-before-seen renderings offering a glimpse into the interiors of the luxury condominium’s exclusive owner’s amenities.

The sky high amenities, including a rooftop pool, 12th floor relaxation pool, club room, wine lounge, fitness center and spa, showcase the remarkable design and urban luxury lifestyle at the 70-story high-rise.

Crowning its masterpiece with a sprawling 3,200-square-foot rooftop pool deck, the pool will be among the highest in all of North America offering bathers and sun worshippers 360-degree views of the captivating Miami skyline, Biscayne Bay, and beyond.

Featuring private cabanas, poolside service and sweeping panoramic views, the rooftop pool deck is primed for pure relaxation and sun-soaked parties offering residents a sense of tranquility and luxury. The pool itself, measuring 15 feet by 50 feet, holds an impressive 21,355 gallons of water, providing the perfect sanctuary from the bustling city below. The architect has surrounded the pool with clear glass windows to manage wind, so residents and guests can peacefully enjoy the views.

The 12th floor pool is equally chic with lounge daybeds and panoramic views in a more intimate setting providing a serene escape. Adjacent to the 12th floor pool, the building features a 1,500-square-foot Club Room for residents, offering a place for elevated social gatherings and private activities. Encased in glass with 20-foot-high ceilings, the well-appointed Club Room also boasts magnificent city views.

Offering a curated selection of fine wines in an elegant atmosphere, the Wine Lounge is the epitome of sophistication boasting a sleek all marble design with inlaid intricate wood paneling.

Rounding out its offerings with several wellness elements, Okan Tower also features a state-of-the-art health and fitness center with floor-to-ceiling glass windows complete with a yoga studio, Peloton bikes and interactive fitness MIRROR, as well as an inviting spa with sauna, steam and treatment rooms.

“A true sanctuary in the sky, we are proud to offer our residents a place where they can relax, celebrate, and connect with their community while enjoying the best views that Miami has to offer,” said international property magnate and developer of Okan Tower, Bekir Okan, chair of Okan Group.

Located at the crossroads of culture, entertainment, art, fine dining, Miami’s waterfront and most celebrated cultural and entertainment institutions at 555 N. Miami Ave., the mixed-use tower will feature 163 Sky Residences, 236 Short-Term Rental Residences powered by Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and 64,000 square feet of “Class A” office space.

Uniting a diverse collection of mixed-use elements in one vertical destination, Okan Tower was designed by internationally renowned architecture firm Behar Font & Partners who’ve given it a striking curvature façade inspired by the Turkish national flower, the tulip.

Currently under construction, Okan Tower recently completed its massive 1,200 truck concrete foundation pour, and is set to be one of Miami’s tallest towers when it debuts in 2027 at 902 feet.

Okan Tower marks the first U.S. development for Okan Group, but is just the latest masterpiece in an extensive portfolio of renowned mixed-use projects that has earned the firm a global and deep-rooted reputation in the construction, banking, textile, production and tourism industries, among others.

Exclusively marketed and sold by Fortune Development Sales, Okan Tower’s sales gallery is located at 542 N. Miami Ave. For more information, call 305-600-1000 or visit www.okantowermiami.com.
