Miami-Dade County Tax Collector Dariel Fernandez proudly invites the community to a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the grand opening of the new Hialeah Gardens Tax Collector’s Office. The event will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at 11093 NW 138th Street, Suite 1-9, Hialeah Gardens, FL 33018.

This new location marks the 9th branch office opened under Fernandez’s administration, expanding access to essential government services across Miami-Dade County.

“I am so proud to open the Hialeah Gardens Tax Collector’s Office and to celebrate this incredible community. This 9th branch is more than just convenience; it’s about fairness and accessibility. Families here deserve the same direct access to essential services as anyone else in Miami-Dade, and now they’ll have it right in their own backyard. Each new office we open is part of our commitment to modernize, reduce wait times, and bring government closer to the people. The Hialeah Gardens branch is another step toward building a County where services are responsive, efficient, and centered on the needs of our residents.”

The Hialeah Gardens branch is part of Fernandez’s broader accessibility initiative, which has already delivered new offices in key neighborhoods across the County, Saturday service hours, self-service kiosks at Publix supermarkets, and mobile service events.

Local elected officials, community leaders, and members of the media are invited to attend this milestone event and learn more about the services available at the new branch.
