The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County (@arshtcenter) announces the appointment of new board members to the Adrienne Arsht Center Foundation Board of Directors: Sebastian Barrack, Brian Vaske and Lucille Zanghi.

      Sebastian Barrack

Sebastian Barrack joined Citadel in 2017 as Head of Commodities, with the vision to make Citadel one of the most consequential investors in the commodities market. He continues to pursue his vision today, driven by a team of experienced risktakers and subject-matter experts. Sebastian also serves on Citadel’s Portfolio Committee. Prior to joining Citadel, he headed multiple commodity divisions at Macquarie Group Limited. Over 21 years there, he built and ran businesses in every major market across Asia, Europe and the Americas. He received a bachelor’s degree from Australian National University.

      Brian Vaske

Brian Vaske is a technology executive and entrepreneur. Born and raised in the Midwest and a resident of Miami Beach for over 10 years, Brian founded his first company, ITI Data, in 1999 and continues to work in the technology industry, helping startups through advisory and investment. Brian has a zest for philanthropy, supporting the arts and pediatric medicine research along with mentoring aspiring technology professionals. His past non-profit affiliations and board memberships include work with the NPower and Only Make Believe organizations in New York City. Brian received his bachelor’s degree in computer science at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he was also honored as Master Alumni of the Year in 2017.

      Lucille Zanghi

Lucille Zanghi spent most of her career as a stockbroker, manager and certified financial planner, advising individuals and small pension plans on investments. She began her career in Boston with EF Hutton and Company and retired 20 years later as a Vice President of Dean, Witter, Reynolds and Company. Since retiring, Lucille has devoted her time to volunteer work, serving as a trustee on numerous boards including Northeastern University, Wang Center for the

Performing Arts (Boston), Brookline Education Foundation, Barnard College Women’s Leadership Council (NYC) and Marymount Manhattan College (NYC). She is currently a Trustee Emerita of Marymount Manhattan College and Honorary Trustee of Northeastern University. She raises funds on a voluntary basis for the Lotus House Women’s Shelter (Miami) and various dog shelters in the Miami area. Lucille graduated magna cum laude with a degree in history from Northeastern University. Prior to joining the Arsht Foundation Board, Lucille served on the Arsht Trust Board since 2015 and on the Executive Committee. She is currently co-chair of the Endowment Campaign Committee.

The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County is made possible by the public support of the Miami-Dade County Mayor and the Board of County Commissioners, the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs and the Cultural Affairs Council, the Miami-Dade County Tourist Development Council and the City of Miami Omni Community Redevelopment Agency. The Adrienne Arsht Center also receives generous support from individuals, corporations and local, state and national foundations.
