Jacqueline Calderín and Christopher B. Spuches, founding partners at Agentis in Coral Gables, recently were recognized in the 2019 edition of Florida Trend’s Florida Legal Elite. The list of 1,126 honorees includes attorneys in private practice as well as top government and non-profit attorneys.
“For the past 16 years, our 250,000 readers have turned to Florida Legal Elite as a guide to help select trusted legal partners to handle many crucial corporate assignments,” said publisher David Denor. “This July issue provides a valuable resource for these readers, and FloridaTrend.com offers an additional pathway to access this key information.”
To compile the list, Florida Trend invited all actively practicing Florida lawyers to name the attorneys that they hold in highest regard — lawyers with whom they personally have worked and would recommend to others. The winner list represents just over 1 percent of the active Florida Bar members who practice in Florida.
“It’s an honor to once again be recognized by my peers,” said Spuches, who has been named Legal Elite for the third year in a row.
Calderín, who was also named Legal Elite in 2012, agreed.
“It’s humbling to be acknowledged for the work we do, day-in and day-out,” said Calderín, the firm’s managing partner.
