Allen Morris Co., one of the leading real estate firms in the Southeast U.S., has announced the debut of its Ziggurat Sales Center in Coconut Grove, featuring a first-of-its-kind collaboration with Chèvre, Miami’s acclaimed artisan café and wine concept.
The partnership redefines the traditional sales center model, transforming it into a destination where visitors can explore both the future of the Ziggurat development and the flavors that embody the Grove’s vibrant lifestyle.
Chèvre, known as America’s first luxury cheese and sandwich brand, is celebrated for its gourmet creations, curated cheeses, boutique wines, and welcoming atmosphere. At the Ziggurat Sales Center, guests will experience its signature artisan sandwiches, refined charcuterie boards, and rare wine selections in an elevated yet inviting setting.
“Sales centers are often seen as purely functional spaces, but we wanted ours to reflect the spirit of Coconut Grove and the vision of Ziggurat,” said Spencer Morris, president of The Allen Morris Company. “By partnering with Chèvre, we’ve created an immersive experience that unites food, culture, and design, offering visitors a true preview of what Ziggurat will bring to the community.”
The sales center, set to open in Octobe at 3065 Fuller St., will offer an exclusive preview of Ziggurat, the highly anticipated mixed-use destination designed by Oppenheim Architecture.
Located at 3101 Grand Ave., Ziggurat will encompass a five-story, 100,000-square-foot office building, a three-story condominium with 19 ultra-luxury residences, and 40,000 square feet of retail space. The project is envisioned as a vibrant community hub, featuring lush paseos that flow into a central courtyard, a rooftop restaurant with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay, and interiors by Collarte Interiors. The landscape design, led by Andres Arcila of Naturalficial, will further elevate the project’s seamless connection between architecture and nature.
The residential component, exclusively represented by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, will feature residences from 1,250 square feet to over 5,000 square feet, priced from $3.4 million.
With Chèvre opening at Ziggurat Sales Center, Allen Morris Co. has set a new precedent for how real estate can engage the community, creating a destination that blends culinary innovation with visionary development.
