Amerant Bank, the largest community bank headquartered in Florida, recently announced the appointment of Mark Jaundoo as chief digital officer, underscoring the bank’s commitment to transforming the bank’s digital offerings and services, and incorporating new technologies that enhance the customer and employee experiences.
As Amerant’s Chief Digital Officer, Jaundoo is responsible for cultivating an innovative banking environment that drives increased customer and employee satisfaction levels through digital adoption and strategic utilization of data for decision-making insights across the organization.

Previously, Jaundoo worked at Silverline, a financial services consulting firm, where he was responsible for guiding banks and credit unions on establishing and implementing digital platforms aimed at increasing bottom-line revenue and improving efficiency ratios.
With over a decade of financial services experiences, Jaundoo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Miami, where he majored in both economics and marketing.
