AMLI Residential recently broke ground on its 550,000-square-foot, mixed-use Wynwood development at 70 NW 25 St.
The eight-story building is designed by Arquitectonica, an award-winning global architecture firm based in Miami, which also is the design team behind innovative building projects such as the Brickell City Centre, FTX Arena and the South Miami-Dade Cultural Arts Center.
Metro 1, a full-service commercial real estate broker with a $2.8 billion transactional portfolio, known for its work shaping Wynwood and other urban-core neighborhoods in South Florida, is the leasing agent leading tenant curation for the mixed-use project’s commercial spaces.

AMLI first acquired the Wynwood property, originally an assemblage of warehouse buildings, in early 2020. In January of this year, Miami’s Urban Development Review Board (UDRB) approved the plans and provided positive feedback. The building is set to be completed in an approximately 20-month timeframe.
AMLI Wynwood is planned to have 316 luxury apartments. It will feature a cross-block passageway with an open courtyard, as well as several outdoor amenities, including a yoga lawn, dog park, barbecue area, and rooftop pool deck. The site is located minutes from staple Wynwood destinations such as Three & No. 3 Social, Zak the Baker, Wynwood Walls, and the Miami offices of mega-companies such as Uber, Spotify, and others.
