Emerging modern artist Alejandro Pedrido has opened a new artistic space, Pedrido Arte Gallery & Studio, on Miracle Mile. Hosting its first group exhibition, “Antología,” this September it exhibits contemporary artwork by the creative talents of our day and age.
“Antología” brings together a group of artists with a desire and passion to explore and project their inner worlds, along with the inspirations of their surroundings and stories of their lives, to capture it into one single moment.
Featuring artists Abraham Maciñeiras, Alejandro Pedrido, Arbelio Fontes Rodríguez, Ventura Gonzalez, and Yubani Sanchez, the exhibition will display a collection of works that speaks of culture, identity and societ
y accompanied by the colors of the heart and shapes of the soul.To simple and clean designs to figurative abstraction, “Antología” conjoins worlds beyond, rousing the senses and moving the subconscious, this collaboration is showcasing modern works by artists who live and breathe their creation. Not only a display of hard work but a display of realms, a display of love, sadness, and desire we demonstrate the talents and techniques of these fine artists at Pedrido Arte Gallery.
“Our gallery commits to our public and strives to offer the creativity of the works of art presented. Pedrido Arte Gallery is not just a space, it is an encounter face to face with the current of contemporary artwork,” said artist and gallery founder Alejandro Pedrido.
Pedrido is a passionate and talented modern contemporary artist who was born in Villa Clara, Cuba and currently works out of Miami. Pedrido and gallery manager Gabriela Martinez have founded Pedrido Arte Gallery & Studio with a vision and excitement of bringing contemporary artwork of our time to the city of Coral Gables while designing a studio space for its artist.
To create an inviting and inclusive gallery for the community, artists, art connoisseurs, as well as buyers and collectors. They aim to support modern artists and modern artwork of our day and age, to not only promote original artwork by Pedrido but original artwork by artists selected by the gallery, bringing opportunities to its audience as well as its collaborators.
