The Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) Greater Miami hosted its annual board of directors installation and Chinese New Year celebration at the Sales Gallery of Merrick Manor, the 227-residence luxury project nearing completion in Coral Gables. Featured guests during the Feb. 6 event included Kenji Hirata, Consul General of Japan in Miami, and Tom Troung, 2019 AREAA national president. Founded in 2003, AREAA is a nonprofit professional trade organization dedicated to promoting sustainable homeownership opportunities in Asian-American communities by creating a powerful national voice for housing and real estate professionals that serve these communities.
