World-renowned artist Daniel Popper debuted his latest public art installation, Lumen, at Society Wynwood on Dec. 4, during Miami Art Week.
The 30-foot, intricately tiled sculpture — permanently positioned at the Second Avenue entrance of the mixed-use community in Miami’s vibrant Wynwood Arts District — melds craftsmanship with digital innovation. The unveiling began with a ribbon-cutting ceremony featuring Popper and PMG, followed by a dynamic light mapping activation that transformed Lumen into an immersive, interactive visual experience.
Inspired by the area’s creative spirit, Lumen stands as both a landmark and a celebration of Wynwood’s cultural heartbeat. Society Wynwood continues to integrate art, design, and community living as part of its vision, cementing its role in Miami’s evolving arts landscape.
