The Bayfront Park Management Trust continues its partnership with Baptist Health South Florida, the Monday and Wednesday sponsor of Bayfront Park’s ongoing free yoga classes.

Baptist Health South Florida is the largest healthcare organization in the region, with 10 hospitals, more than 40 physician practices, 50 outpatient and urgent care facilities, Baptist Health Medical Group, Baptist Health Quality Network and internationally renowned centers of excellence.

Baptist Health has shown a commitment to the community by investing in public access to wellness through free yoga classes in Bayfront Park and programs like the Baptist Health Run Club in a number of South Florida communities including Brickell.

Every week, more than 3,500 people across South Florida participate in free instructor-led classes offered or supported by Baptist Health.

The Bayfront Park Management Trust began free yoga classes in 2005. Since its inception, the classes and practice have grown exponentially, surpassing 171,000 participants. The yoga classes, held outdoors by the bay, offer a unique atmosphere for participants to exercise and connect, creating a community within the downtown Miami district.

Free yoga at Bayfront Park takes place every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at the Tina Hills Pavilion. Hours are Mondays and Wednesdays, 6-7:15 p.m., and Saturdays, 9-10:15 a.m.

Monday and Wednesday classes brought to you by Baptist Health South Florida; Saturday classes brought to you by TeamFootWorks.
