Blubeta hosted BetaPitch, a pitch competition for early-stage startups in Miami, on Oct. 24. The annual event took place at CIC Miami and brought entrepreneurs and startups together, with the goal to nurture a creative entrepreneurial ecosystem. Four local startups pitched their business in front of judges and investors for a chance to win a grand prize. The winner of the BetaPitch competition was Brandon West, Blockchain Developer at FinTech Consulting Group. West won the first prize award of complimentary technology and acceleration services by blubeta (valued at $10,000), and a certificate for free access to a coworking space at CIC Miami for three months (valued at $4,500).
