Brightline, America’s only modern intercity passenger rail service, recently announced its first-ever loyalty program, Brightline Rewards.
The program is Brightline’s latest effort to deliver a guest-first experience by recognizing and rewarding guests for every trip they take and every dollar they spend. Brightline Rewards is designed to attract first-time guests and incentivize Florida residents and repeat riders, which represent 66 percent and 72 percent of ridership, respectively.
“Our guests have always been at the center of everything we do, and Brightline Rewards is the next step in recognizing their loyalty,” said Patrick Goddard, CEO of Brightline Florida.
“This program rewards all members with valuable perks and an even more personalized travel experience. It’s not just about earning points; it’s about deepening the connection with our guests as we continue to grow.”
To start the program, Brightline is going big and offering a One Million Point Giveaway & Sweepstakes. Guests who enroll in Brightline Rewards by May 30 will be automatically entered to win from hundreds of prizes of points in increments ranging from 500 to 100,000.
A second way for Brightline Rewards members to win a piece of the one million points is the Brightline Rewards Traveling Wall. Making its way to each Brightline station by Apr. 14, the wall of envelopes contains rewards ranging from 500 points to food and beverage discounts.
Additionally, Brightline Rewards will start with an introductory triple-point bonus on all qualifying purchases for rides booked and taken by June 3. Triple points allow guests to earn 15 points for every dollar spent instead of the standard five points.
Brightline rolled out the rewards program at MiamiCentral in front of national and state travel industry leaders and partners. The event included a panel discussion, Travel in the Sunshine State, hosted by former NBC News and Today Show Correspondent Kerry Sanders, as well as representatives from Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau, Discover the Palm Beaches, Visit Lauderdale, Visit Orlando and Experience Kissimmee. Each leader provided insight, insider tips and news from their destinations for the remaining spring and upcoming summer travel seasons.
How Brightline Rewards works
Joining Brightline Rewards is simple and free, and guests can create or log in to their Brightline account to opt-in. Once enrolled, members earn points on qualifying purchases made through the Brightline app or GoBrightline.com. Members earn points on all qualifying purchases and can use them toward train tickets, Premium upgrades, parking, baggage, and more. There are no points minimums to redeem, no blackout dates, and no hidden rules, so members can unlock value from their very first ride. Members also will enjoy early access to sales, announcements, and events, plus member-only exclusives.
The technology platform for the loyalty program is powered by Antavo. To learn more or enroll, visit GoBrightline.com/rewards.
Brightline seamlessly connects travelers to top destinations and major events between Central and South Florida with stations in Miami, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, and Orlando. For more information, visit www.gobrightline.com.
