Camillus House has announced the appointment of two community leaders to its board of directors: Anthony Baradat and Brian Rosenthal. Their experience and dedication to serving others will further Camillus House’s efforts to provide life-changing services for individuals experiencing homelessness in Miami-Dade County.

“It’s a privilege to welcome Anthony and Brian to our board,” said Albert Molina, chair of the Camillus House Board of Directors. “They each bring, not only impressive professional experience, but also a deep personal commitment to service. As we celebrate 65 years of serving the Miami-Dade community, their insight and compassion will be invaluable in helping us strengthen and expand the life-changing work of Camillus House.”

Anthony Baradat is the president of AB&A Advertising, a full-service advertising, interactive, branding, and media firm based in Miami. He brings more than 30 years of experience in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer communications. Earlier in his career, Anthony served as director of Media Services at Fernandez Baradat & Associates. His communications background adds valuable perspective to the Camillus House Board of Directors.

Brian Rosenthal serves as vice president of Travel Platforms & Revenue Management at Celebrity Cruises, where he oversees global pricing, inventory management, and commercial strategy. Since joining Royal Caribbean Group in 2013, he has held multiple roles ranging from marketing to finance.

Brian holds a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. His background in data-driven strategy and operational planning offers valuable insight to the Camillus House Board of Directors.

The new members join a dedicated and dynamic board of directors that plays a critical role in guiding Camillus House’s strategic growth as it expands housing, healthcare, employment, and homeless support services throughout Miami-Dade County.

During the past six decades, Camillus House has grown from a modest shelter – where a simple bowl of cereal was first offered to a Cuban refugee in 1960 – into a comprehensive system of care for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Today, it provides a wide range of services, including mental health and addiction treatment, healthcare, emergency, transitional, and supportive housing, job training, and specialized care for survivors of human trafficking.

Grounded in its founding mission and core values of compassion, hospitality, and community, Camillus House continues to welcome all in need with dignity, respect, and the resources to build brighter futures.

“We’re honored to welcome Anthony and Brian to our board,” said Eddie Gloria, CEO of Camillus House. “Their leadership, generosity, and commitment to service come at a defining moment – not just for our organization, but for the thousands of individuals and families depending on us. Their guidance will help us deepen our impact and continue transforming lives, providing not only shelter, but a true path to hope, healing, and lasting change.”

Camillus House restores the mind, body, and soul of those it serves by offering the tools and compassionate care people need to rebuild their lives and achieve lasting stability.

More than a place to stay, it’s a place for second chances. By meeting people where they are and walking beside them on their journey, Camillus House empowers individuals to start fresh, strengthening not only their own lives but the fabric of the entire Miami-Dade community.
