CocoWalk celebrates Independence Day on Monday, July 4, from 3 until 7 p.m. with fun for the entire family.
Hosted by CocoWalk, families can experience an afternoon of patriotic activities featuring interactive games, live entertainment, concessions, an appearance by Lady Liberty and much more. The day will begin with live entertainment at noon and continue with Independence Day event host DJ Daz at 3 p.m.
Guests can register to participate in the eighth annual Hot Dog Eating Competition sponsored by Cinepolis theaters. The Hot Dog eating champion and the runnerup will have the opportunity to take home more than $300 worth of prizes. Sign up by sending an email to bcastro@grassrivermgmt.com.
Finish the night at 9 pm with a fireworks show at Peacock Park.
CocoWalk is located at the heavily traveled intersection of Grand Avenue, McFarlane Road, and Main Highway.
