Miami-Dade District 6 Commissioner Natalie Milian Orbis has announced the launch of a Home Beautification Program. The initiative offers eligible homeowners grants of up to $7,500 to enhance the exterior of their homes through painting and landscaping improvements.
Eligibility requirements:
• Must be the owner and occupant of a single-family detached home;
• Cannot own other investment properties, and
• Must meet income requirements (for example: $40,880 for a two-person household or $62,400 for a four-person household).
Applicants are encouraged to submit all required documents with their application. Applications will be available for pickup at the District Office from through Sept. 30. The District Office is located at 1000 SW 57 Ave., Suite 201, Miami, FL 33144.
“The program is about giving residents the support they need to improve their homes and strengthen their neighborhoods. By investing in our community, we are creating welcoming streets, improving quality of life, and putting families first,” the commissioner said.
