Tech-driven development division has $950 million in sellable inventory and is expanding its development into international markets
Compass Florida, a technology driven real estate company, is pleased to announce the growth and expansion of its new development division. Led by real estate veteran Philip Freedman, the team has been able to acquire and exclusively represent six projects with more than $950 million in sellable inventory. In addition, they have expanded the developments into international markets, including Panama, and hired 15 new agents. In the short time the firm has been in the South Florida market, the dynamic duo of Beth Butler and Philip Freedman has positioned the brokerage as a true asset to the area.
Compass Development Division brings a modern approach to new development marketing and sales. The division provides its services to a variety of developments including boutique rental conversions and luxury condominiums. The six projects under the division’s umbrella include: Ocean Reef Islands in Panama, 6080 Collins Ave. in Miami Beach, the Carlos Ott-designed penthouse at Echo Brickell in Miami, The Waters in Bay Harbor Islands, Botaniko in Weston and 121 Marina at the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo.
