SB Development and Hazelton Capital Group are pleased to announce that Cove Miami has converted its reservations to contract.

This milestone comes shortly after the successful launch of the 40-story, 134-residence luxury waterfront development. OneWorld Properties serves as the exclusive brokerage representing the property.

Cove Miami is a new, luxury boutique bayfront condominium in Miami’s up-and-coming Edgewater neighborhood. This project marks the first in Miami for SB Development and Hazelton Capital Group, two prominent national real estate development firms headquartered in New York. The new luxury waterfront development features an expansive collection of one- to four-bedroom residences offering stunning views of Biscayne Bay and beyond.

Cove Miami offers 42,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor wellness-centered amenities that prioritize residents well-being and are carefully curated to promote wellness and work-life balance. These amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center with a spin auditorium, various yoga areas, a spa with a cold plunge, massage rooms, hammam, a sauna, a business center with co-working spaces and a conference room and private offices with a terrace.

The development also boasts a plethora of amenities that embody the iconic Miami lifestyle and are ideal for entertaining guests, including a resort-style infinity pool, private cabanas, a rooftop summer kitchen, and a rooftop lounge, among others. A unique medical concierge program provided by LEAA further enriches the resident experience, offering on-demand healthcare services to residents within their homes.
