Da Tang Unique Restaurant has reopened its Authentic Chinese Restaurant in Brickell at The Four Ambassadors Hotel.
With the grand reopening, owner Dr. Shanjie Li, general manager Alberto Persand (previously of Cantina La Veinte and PM Buenos Aires) and staff have evolved everything with their Five-Star Service philosophy as well as a unique, and to some familiarly enticing menu.
Since the remodeling of the kitchen, which started during April, Dr. Shanjie Li has led the new team to infuse the restaurant with a revised culinary and dining experience offering the “Best of East meets West.”
The new menu includes some reinvented classics like the Da Tang Chicken Satay and tableside carved Peking Duck. And to expand the culinary palate for guests, Da Tang Unique will introduce new dishes from each region of China, every month. With a newly remodeled and immaculate kitchen, a new Master chef, locally inspired staff, and a new delicious menu, Da Tang is blooming with business and ideas.
The restaurant is also boasting an exciting new programming of events this month and Executive Lunch every Monday through Friday from noon to 3 p.m., which includes Spicy Seafood Soup, Eight Treasure Veggie Dumplings and a Spicy Crispy Salmon. The Da Tang Executive Lunch stands out as a unique choice with two options: Executive Lunch A at $19 includes a soup with an entrée; and Executive Lunch B at $23, includes a soup, dim sum/appetizer, with an entrée.
The Da Tang Dim Sum Weekend Special is available every Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. and includes a choice of steamed dim sum, pan-fried and/or baked dim sum, and desserts starting under $10.
The unique Da Tang Happy Hour (4-7 p.m.) offers the perfect way to end the workday, with $8 Asian-inspired signature cocktails including the Shangri-La Mule and the tropical Dragon’s Milk. Select dishes will be served at the bar complimentary for all those who enjoy the Da Tang Happy Hour.
Starting off the events programming, Da Tang Unique will be hosting the Miss Unique contest beginning on Oct. 26. The contest will be conducted bi-weekly on Wednesdays and allow any female to enter the contest and win a chance for a seven-day trip to China for two!
