Miami’s top real estate brokers gathered on Wednesday, Oct. 26, to celebrate the official unveiling of Elysee Miami’s brand new observation deck. The event was hosted by Two Roads Development and Cervera Real Estate.

The waterfront platform, located directly on Biscayne Bay at the future site of the boutique high-rise, will give buyers and brokers a taste of what luxury living will look like at Elysee Miami. At the event, guests were treated to cocktails and savory bites from Kuenko, the Japanese/Spanish-fusion food truck concept by Michelin Star Chef Ricardo Sanz.

Elysee Miami is a luxury boutique high-rise under development in Miami’s East Edgewater neighborhood by South Florida-based Two Roads Development. With 100 half-floor and full-floor residences, the 57-story waterfront tower will rise directly along Biscayne Bay at 788 NE 23 St. and include three- to five-bedroom residences measuring between 2,300 and 4,000 square feet in size.

Designed by world-renowned architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica and interiors created by France’s top designer Jean-Louis Deniot, Elysee’s timeless elegance will bring a new level of fine living to Miami.

Preconstruction sales currently are underway, with prices ranging from $1.3 million to over $10 million. Construction is expected to be completed in two years. Learn more at www.elyseemiami.com.
