Fluffy Fluffy, a dessert café renowned for its award-winning souffle pancakes, has announced the opening of the brand’s first location in Miami.
Located at 2065 NW Second Ave. in Wynwood, the new Fluffy Fluffy restaurant will have its official Grand Opening Celebration on June 15, including giveaways and special offers for the first several guests who visit on opening day. The new Fluffy Fluffy restaurant is the first of many in Miami as the franchise looks to expand and open a multitude of new restaurants throughout the market in the near future.
“We are so excited to be opening our newest restaurant in such a vibrant and colorful part of the Wynwood community and introduce Miami to our famous menu items,” said Benson Lau, director of Business Development at Fluffy Fluffy. “Come join us on our Official Grand Opening Celebration as we look forward to serving Miami and positively impacting the city.”
Fluffy Fluffy’s first Miami café, the new 1,500-square-foot location, will showcase its signature open-kitchen concept, offering guests a view of how the delectable, award-winning pancakes are made. Each pancake at Fluffy Fluffy is handcrafted to order and made with the freshest ingredients through the brand’s unique creation process.
Beginning with egg whites whipped to soft peaks, essential to their final airy quality, Fluffy Fluffy pancakes are then cooked slowly at a low temperature to achieve a round, cloud-like consistency. These delightful stacks are then topped with a selection of fruits, creams, syrups and house sauces, for a final presentation that has captured the hearts and cameras of tens of thousands of social media followers.
Founded in 2018, Fluffy Fluffy began franchising in 2020 with a mission to spread joy worldwide through souffle pancakes. Originating in Canada, the brand offers handcrafted Japanese-style souffle pancakes known for their soft, bouncy, and incredibly light texture and made with locally sourced milk and free of artificial additives.
The brand’s diverse menu includes more than just souffle pancakes, featuring innovative delights like croffles, burnt top cheesecake, roll cake, macarons, lattes, and specialty sodas. Fluffy Fluffy demonstrates its commitment to inclusivity by offering meat-free menu options that cater to diverse dietary preferences.
“Expanding into Miami is a significant milestone for us as we look to grow the brand further throughout Florida,” Lau shared. “We are looking for qualified franchisees who are passionate about high-quality service and introducing our famous Japanese delicacy to more local communities.”
Fluffy Fluffy, known as Fuwa Fuwa in its international locations, currently has 39 locations worldwide and 31 locations in development. The opening of the brand’s new Miami location marks the first step in the continued expansion into new markets throughout Florida.
