Life Time, the wellness pioneer reshaping the way consumers move, work and live, has announced Gino Santia as village director of Life Time Living Coral Gables.
Located at 225 S. Dixie Hwy. in Coral Gables, the under-construction 1.2 million-square-foot, $500 million development is a first-of-its-kind for Life Time, integrating the company’s acclaimed athletic club with the newly launched residential component, Life Time Living, and Life Time Work, shared workspace.
In his position, Santia will be responsible for all aspects of the project, including customer service, team member relations, membership sales for Life Time Athletic Club, and leasing within Life Time Living and Life Time Work.
Life Time Living is opening in Spring. The 14-story mixed-use community incorporates the athletic club on the main floor, 495 luxury residential residences ranging from studios to three-bedrooms and select penthouse units, and a shared workspace floor.

Life Time Living is located directly adjacent to the upscale outdoor shopping mall, Shops at Merrick Park, minutes away from both downtown Coral Gables and downtown Coconut Grove, all offering myriad restaurant and entertainment options, along with easy access to Metrorail.
Santia has been with Life Time for 16 years. Most recently he was based in the Life Time’s Denver location serving as senior general manager of the mountain region, helping to oversee Colorado and Utah.
He is involved with several charities, among them Habitat for Humanity. During his tenure he earned the organization’s coveted Life Time Artistry Award. Santia has a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship from Central Michigan University.
