NBA champion Udonis Haslem recently shared his personal journey and the importance of mental health with high school students and their mentors at the recent “Stress Less: Mindfulness for Teenagers” book launch event hosted by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami.
Attendees received signed copies of the book, which includes a foreword by Haslem, and engaged in a meaningful discussion about navigating stress, managing emotions, and finding balance in their lives.
