Haslem discusses mental health with students at book launchNBA champion Udonis Haslem recently shared his personal journey and the importance of mental health with high school students and their mentors at the recent “Stress Less: Mindfulness for Teenagers” book launch event hosted by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami.

Attendees received signed copies of the book, which includes a foreword by Haslem, and engaged in a meaningful discussion about navigating stress, managing emotions, and finding balance in their lives.
