INGAGE formally launches Public Affairs Division with key new hire
Helen Roldan

INGAGE Biz (INGAGE) — a leading marketing and communications firm in the sectors of legal, real estate, government, and education — has announced the official launch of its Public Affairs division within the firm with the addition of Helen Roldan as senior director, Public Affairs. The expansion underscores INGAGE’s rapid growth in response to Florida’s public and private sector needs.

In her role, Roldan will help establish the strategic direction of the firm’s Public Affairs division, ensuring a continued track record of securing client wins and providing seamless integration between the firm’s Digital Marketing and Public Relations teams. Her expertise will be critical in guiding client campaigns through complex policy environments and mobilizing public support on issues that matter across Florida.

“Helen’s experience at the intersection of local government, communications, and grassroots engagement makes her an ideal fit for INGAGE,” said Katherine Doble, founder and president of INGAGE. “As we grow our Public Affairs division to support clients facing increasingly complex public challenges, Helen brings the strategic insight and leadership to guide bold, forward-thinking campaigns that drive meaningful results.”

Prior to joining INGAGE, Roldan led public affairs efforts for Ballyhoo Media, national media company– managing brand campaigns, environmental initiatives, and strategic partnerships with organizations like Oceana, Warner Brothers, NYCDOT, and Miami-Dade County. In this role, she developed strategies that bridged public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

She previously served as director of communications for North Bay Village and worked in policy research at the FIU Jorge M. Pérez Metropolitan Center, authoring reports on affordable housing, gender equity, and the economic impact of the nonprofit sector.

Roldan currently serves on the Executive Planning Committee for the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Miami program, Public Policy Committee at United Way Miami, and board of the Gator Club of Miami. This year, she was named one of the University of Florida’s “40 Gators under 40” in recognition of her cross-sector impact.

A graduate of the University of Florida, Roldan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She received her master’s degree in Public Administration from Florida International University.

Roldan’s blend of communications expertise, policy fluency, and strategic insight strengthens INGAGE’s ability to deliver high-impact public affairs campaigns and positions the firm for continued growth across South Florida, Tampa, Atlanta, and beyond.
