Inter, the digital bank serving more than 41 million users globally, recently announced the launch of Inter Bike, the official bikeshare system offered in partnership with The
Underline, the 10-mile linear park beneath Miami’s Metrorail.
Inter’s iconic orange bikes now are available at docking stations in Brickell, Coconut Grove and Coral Gables, available for all Miamians and visitors, with free daily access for Inter users. Over the next year, the Inter Bike program will expand through a phased roll-out, adding new stations and increasing system coverage from Brickell to Dadeland.
The bikeshare system is fully integrated with the Inter Bike app, available on iOS and Android. The Inter Bike app allows users to purchase passes, locate nearby stations, unlock bikes, and manage their rides. Bikes can be picked up and returned at any official Inter Bike station along The Underline, offering a seamless and safe way to explore the 10-mile corridor in Miami’s urban core. Inter clients simply validate their account using their credit or debit card to receive a free ride.
Riders can choose from three rental options:
Free rides for Inter clients – Existing Inter clients receive up to 60 free minutes daily through the app. Already an Inter client? Redeem your free 60 minutes at https://members.interbikemiami.com/register-verification
Hourly rentals – Pay-as-you-go, starting at $6 for 30 minutes.
Monthly memberships – Enjoy unlimited 60-minute rides for $25 per month or 30-minute rides for $15 per month.
Through its partnership with The Underline, Inter is enhancing urban mobility and improving residents’ and visitors’ everyday experience by enhancing connectivity and supporting Miami’s growing demand for affordable, flexible transportation options.
“Inter Bike continues our focus on offering lifestyle solutions that bring real value to our more than 41 million customers, wherever they come from,” said João Vitor Menin, Global CEO of Inter.
“Whether you live in Miami or are visiting from abroad with an Inter account, you can enjoy effortless mobility across the city. Several docking stations are already operating, and many more will open in the coming months, creating meaningful moments of connection for Miami and for our customers,” added Kaio Philipe, chief business and marketing officer at Inter.
Inter’s partnership with The Underline began in 2024, as part of a larger strategy to invest in creating accessible gathering places throughout Miami. Today, The Underline, dubbed by The New York Times as one of the best places to visit in Miami, offers two Inter Cafés, the Inter Grove Gallery at the Coconut Grove Metrorail station, and the Inter Stage in Brickell.
Each of these locations provides a hub for cultural and public events and offers special perks for Inter customers, including $1 coffee, free WiFi, and rest areas.
“Inter Bike is the latest initiative in our commitment to building community and connecting Miami,” said Eulois Cleckley, CEO of Friends of The Underline. “We’re grateful to the Inter team, our public officials from the county and surrounding cities, and every partner dedicated to adding another mobility option that connects people to transit. Inter Bike also provides better access to the small businesses we support along The Underline. This bikeshare service allows users to easily experience our entertainment, cultural, health, and wellness programming, improving the quality of life for all Miamians and visitors.”
