Intercredit Bank, NA, a Miami-Dade County full-service financial institution with $433 million in assets, has announced two senior positions strengthening its management team.
Matthew K. Cordis has been named executive vice president/chief operations officer and Annelise C. Ferrer has been named senior vice president/residential lending officer.

Cordis has extensive expertise in operations, business development and revenue generation in the U.S. and Latin America. He has a deep understanding of the bank having served as a director of its board of directors from 2017 to 2020 handling issues related to operations and compliance, and acting as legal counsel. Cordis holds a Juris Doctor with honors from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law. He was formerly the director of operations in Latin America for authID.ai, formerly Ipsidy, a leading provider of mobile, biometric identity verification solutions.
A 30-year veteran of the mortgage banking industry in South Florida, Ferrer is responsible for growing the bank’s mortgage lending portfolio with domestic and international clients as well as contributing to the increase of the bank’s deposit portfolio. During her successful banking career, she has launched mortgage lending departments and origination strategies, established mortgage lending policies and procedures, and gained expertise into the legal aspects of real estate industry. Prior to Intercredit Bank, Ferrer was a vice president/residential lending officer at Professional Bank.
