Okan Tower, Miami’s supertall tower anchored by a Hilton Miami Bayfront Hotel, has announced the appointment of Fortune Development Sales’ Jannine Sayago-Gonzalez as director of sales for the 70-story high-rise set to be a landmark for the Downtown Miami skyline.
In this role, Sayago-Gonzalez will oversee all sales efforts for Okan Tower, as well as manage its sales team, recruiting and training efforts. Since joining Okan Tower’s in-house sales team in 2021, Sayago-Gonzalez has been a proven leader responsible for achieving more than $60 million in sales at the project to date.
She previously served as an in-house leasing specialist at Panorama Tower, the tallest residential tower south of Manhattan, where she played an instrumental role in the full lease up of the project’s 821 luxury rental units.
“We are delighted to have Jannine step into this leadership position,” said Edgardo Defortuna, president and CEO of Fortune International Group. “Her experience and proven track record make her the perfect fit to lead our sales team and we are confident she will continue to add great value and set standards high as we continue to introduce buyers to a new vibrant beacon in Downtown Miami.”
Designed by internationally renowned architecture firm Behar Font & Partners, the mixed-use project, located at 555 N. Miami Ave., will feature 163 Sky Residences, 236 Short-Term Rental Residences powered by Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and a 316-key Hilton Miami Bayfront Hotel along with 64,000 square feet of Class A office space.
Located in the epicenter of Miami’s urban core, Okan Tower is situated on a prime Downtown site at the crossroads of culture, entertainment, art, fine dining, Miami’s waterfront and most celebrated cultural and entertainment landmarks. Okan Tower will be a monument of the future as Downtown Miami has been reinvigorated by the allure of an ultimate live-work-play destination.
Currently under construction, Okan Tower completed its massive 1,200 truck concrete foundation pour this spring, and is set to be one of Miami’s tallest towers when it debuts in 2027 at 902 feet.
The project features myriad unique amenities including a ground floor arrival entrance with dedicated 24-hour reception and concierge, a 70th floor rooftop pool and sky deck with private cabanas featuring sweeping views of Downtown and Biscayne Bay, and an additional 12th floor lap pool with clubroom and indoor and outdoor lounges.
Buyers will have access to a state-of-the-art health and fitness center with a yoga studio, Peloton bikes and interactive fitness MIRROR, as well as a dedicated wellness spa with sauna, steam and treatment rooms. A fully equipped children’s sensory and playroom, cutting-edge technology theater, and wine cellar and owner’s lounge are some of the other extraordinary features available that add to the range of the lifestyle amenities.
Okan Tower marks the first U.S. development for Okan Group, but is just the latest masterpiece in their extensive portfolio of renowned mixed-use projects that has earned the firm a global and deep-rooted reputation in the construction, banking, textile, production and tourism industries, among others.
Exclusively marketed and sold by Fortune Development Sales, Okan Tower’s sales gallery is located at 542 N. Miami Ave. For more information, call 305-600-1000 or visit www.okantowermiami.com.
