Jeanelle Boscan promoted to lead marketing at Ocean Bank

Ocean Bank senior vice president Jeanelle Boscan has been promoted to head of Marketing in addition to her continuing role as head of Human Resources, the bank announced recently.

A native of Miami, Boscan joined the bank in 2002 in an entry-level position while attending Florida International University. She was promoted to vice president and Human Resources manager in 2008, then senior vice president and head or Human Resources in 2018.

“Jeanelle is an exemplary example of someone whose professional dedication has furthered the Ocean Bank employee culture,” said Agostinho Alfonso Macedo, Ocean Bank president, chair and CEO. “We look forward to her continuing contribution in her expanded role.”

Boscan holds both a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in business administration from Florida International University School of Business.

She serves on the FIU Business Alumni Executive Board and was honored with an FIU Alumni Torch Award in 2022. She also is a board member of The Education Fund.
