After a wild year, Jungle Island is gearing up for a roaring holiday celebration. Bring Santa’s little helpers by South Florida’s favorite landmark attraction to participate in “Wild Holidays,” starting Saturday, Dec. 24.
This two-week family-friendly affair features the following holiday-themed animal adventures:
• Candy Cane Jungle with oversized red and white-striped candy/
• Wild Holiday Adventure showcasing festive animal shows starring the park’s famous feathered and furry friends/
• Daily Wild Holidays Animal Parade with holiday music;
• Jolly visits through Christmas with Santa Claus, and
• Scavenger Hunts, Arts & Crafts, Face-painting, Story time and much more.
“Our annual Wild Holidays celebration is a joyous occasion that provides countless ways for families to bond and create memories together, while personally getting to know many of our animal friends at Jungle Island,” said Christopher Gould, the park’s managing director. “We encourage everyone to stop by for a jolly good time.”
In addition, Jungle Island offers its popular Winter Ed-Venture Camps. Keep kids entertained over the winter break by enrolling them in a series of fun-filled, full-day and weeklong camp options, which include educational encounters with cool critters and hands-on activities specifically designed for children ages 5 to 12-years-old.
