Kristi House, Miami-Dade County’s only nationally accredited Children’s Advocacy Center, is honored to announce its receipt of a $50,000 donation from Goya Foods as part of the successful GOYA® Cares Hydrate for Hope campaign, which raised a remarkable $350,000 to combat child abuse, exploitation, trafficking, and mental health challenges affecting children and teens across the nation.

The campaign, spearheaded by Goya Foods, the largest Hispanic-owned food company in the United States, harnessed community support through the sale of GOYA® Coconut Water to raise awareness and fund critical initiatives aimed at preventing childhood trauma and exploitation.

Goya Cares presents Kristi House with a $50,000 check in support of child protection and mental health initiatives.

Kristi House is dedicated to treating and preventing child sexual abuse, trafficking, and other childhood trauma by working collaboratively with community partners, parents, and providers. The $50,000 contribution will directly support the organization’s mission to heal and empower vulnerable children and families in South Florida.
