Lamarca Well — the European-born wellness brand founded by sisters Magally, Mayra and Mischka Capriles — has announced its first real estate consulting project in the United States — CORA Merrick Park in Coral Gables.

A joint venture between Constellation Group and The Boschetti Group, CORA will be among the first wellness-focused residential developments in Coral Gables, featuring 74 luxuriously appointed condo residences located in Merrick Park’s world-class shopping and dining district, within walking distance of downtown Coral Gables and the Metrorail, and just minutes from Coconut Grove, University of Miami and Downtown Miami/Brickell.

Best known for its 2018 transformation of a mixed-use property in Madrid into the Spanish capital city’s first wellness hub, Lamarca Well has evolved into a full-service lifestyle brand crafting experiences, environments and communities that support holistic well-being, health and longevity.

In 2024, it launched its real estate consulting division, Lamarca Well Living, which today has residential and commercial projects in Spain; in Cascais, Portugal, where they are collaborating with world-renowned architects Foster + Partners, and now the United States.

“In Europe, wellbeing has always been seen as a way of life – it’s cultural, not commercial,” said Mischka Capriles, co-founder of Lamarca Well. “It’s only recently that the American market has come to embrace and recognize the connection between health and home. At Lamarca, we believe wellness isn’t just about offering a product or service – it’s about delivering a lifestyle and creating environments that support lasting change.”

“Lamarca Well’s European approach to wellness fits perfectly in Coral Gables, a 100-year-old Mediterranean-inspired city designed for walkability, community and healthy living,” said Eduardo Otaola, managing principal at Constellation Group. “The team’s European credentials and expertise are one more thing that will set CORA apart from other high-end Miami residential developments and appeal to today’s more health-conscious buyer.”

Lamarca Well is led by sisters Magally, Mayra and Mischka Capriles, who combine expertise in operations, design and communications to guide each project from conception to completion. Mayra has a background in architecture; as a journalist, Mischka oversees brand strategy and marketing, and Magally manages operations and leads the firm’s projects abroad.

All three sisters collaborate to ensure each project is grounded in Lamarca’s core principles – clean air and water, biophilic design, optimal lighting, sound control and non-toxic materials. These technical wellness systems are consistent across projects, but strategies for social and mental well-being are tailored to reflect each community’s unique cultural and environmental context.

At CORA, Lamarca Well has been involved from the very beginning – working hand in hand with the developer, architect and interior designer from the project’s inception. This early integration allowed Lamarca to help shape every aspect of the development with wellness at its core. From the spatial programming and amenity selection to the finishes, building materials and interior design, Lamarca provided guidance throughout to ensure CORA supports physical and mental well-being by design. Their goal is simple yet powerful: to help residents become healthier just by living at CORA – without needing to change their daily habits or routines.

Designed by world-renowned architecture firm Arquitectonica with interiors by Urban Robot, CORA combines European elegance with integrated wellness strategies including:
• Biophilic architecture and interiors to support emotional and cognitive well-being;
• Advanced air and water purification systems to improve daily health outcomes;
• Noise-reducing acoustic design for enhanced rest and focus;
• Non-toxic and low-VOC materials to reduce indoor pollutants;
• Community-building health amenities such as a tea room, yoga terrace and rooftop padel court;
• A complete spa experience with steam room, sauna and hot and cold plunge pools;
• Fitness and recovery center and rooftop resort-style pool with cabanas, and
• A wellness kit for residents including: Red light therapy panels to support recovery and healthy skin plus Smart health monitoring systems to support stress management and better sleep.

This property also will include a coworking lounge, executive boardroom, media room, outdoor kitchen and dining areas, and an art park in front – setting a new standard for mixed-used wellness integration in Coral Gables.

Lamarca Well has a satellite office in Coral Gables, and will curate a series of wellness events at the CORA sales gallery beginning this Fall. These will include expert-led workshops, health and longevity talks, and immersive wellness experiences, continuing the community-first spirit that defines Lamarca’s projects worldwide.
