The most anticipated Halloween event of the year is back!
Families are bound to have a bewitching time at the Miami Children’s Museum’s 11th annual “Not So Scary Family Halloween Bash,” now scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 10, from 1 to 5 p.m., at the museum located at 980 MacArthur Causeway on Watson Island in Miami.
The event co-chairs are Jamie and Jon Jerome and Candice and Jonathan Macy.
Get ready to enjoy an afternoon of magical Halloween fun and adventures. This family-friendly costume bash features a host of special attractions including trick or treating throughout the museum’s 17 galleries with tons of candy for all, mini pumpkin decorating, character meet and greets, and more. Plus, get ready for the return of the museum’s infamous Haunted House, which allows guests to be the first to brave either the not-so-scary or spooky side.
As a 501(c)3 non-profit educational institution, Miami Children’s Museum strives to meet the needs of all children in South Florida’s multicultural community. All funds raised through this event enable the museum to continue serving the community with innovative and accessible educational programs, ensuring the highest quality educational and arts programming for South Florida’s youth and families.
The museum’s initiatives provide accessible art-enriched resources that celebrate diversity, promote literacy, support social and emotional development, build school readiness, and empower children to achieve their highest potential.
