Metro 1 Launches Leasing for East End Capital’s Latest Project: Wynwood Arcade

View1_StreetArtLeasing for Wynwood’s latest project, The Wynwood Arcade, was launched by Metro 1 today.  Developed by East End Capital, the Wynwood Arcade consists of 20,000 ft² of retail and restaurant space located at 74 NW 24th Street and tailors to the thriving urban community of artists, designers, and edgy professionals.

Aside from its privileged location – steps from world renowned Panther Coffee – the Wynwood Arcade showcases exceptional design elements elevating it to one-of-a-kind status. Its four entrances promote accessibility and a pedestrian friendly space. A cascading staircase will connect the center of the building to the rooftop which will feature a bar and inevitably become the community’s meeting point.  The project’s space breaks down into a range of sizes starting at 750 ft² to fit the needs of independent retailers, specialty shops, and eateries.
