In order to assist busy academic job seekers with their search, Miami Dade College (MDC) will host its Fall 2020 Faculty Virtual Job Fair, Thursday, Feb. 13, starting at 8 a.m.
MDC is seeking to fill full-time teaching positions for the Fall 2020 semester in the areas of Business, Architecture, Technology, Natural Sciences, Arts and Philosophy, English, Mathematics, Dance, Fashion, Sociology, Film, Nursing, Physician Assistant and Digital Production, among others. To access the virtual fair, interested participants must visit mdc.vfairs.com.
During the duration of the fair, applicants will be able to view the various positions available and access department websites, learn about MDC’s programs, the college’s culture and employee benefits. In addition, prospective professors will be able to chat with representatives of the hiring departments, from 10 a.m. to noon.
Virtual career fairs provide candidates with a convenient way to meet with employers who recruit throughout the year. Because virtual job fairs are on the Web, there is no need to spend time traveling to interviews, parking, or getting dressed up. Applicants are only required to open their Web browser.
