Miami-Dade Transit service for 2024 Labor Day

On Monday, September 2, 2024, in observance of Labor Day, the Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) will provide weekend service on Metrorail and Metromover, and Sunday service on Metrobus, including MetroLink, and MetroConnect. Schedules and real-time information will be available in Transit App and other trip planning apps.

On Monday, September 2, Miami-Dade County offices will be closed, including all DTPW’s administrative, Customer Service and Special Transportation (STS) offices. However, STS customers can call the reservation number (305-871-1111) to reserve or cancel an STS trip.

Transit riders who prefer to access services online can purchase or reload an EASY Card in the Transit Store or the Go-Miami Dade AppToken Transit App, Transit App or use contactless payments to pay fares.

Customers can also submit a new application for a Golden Passport EASY Card on DTPW’s Golden Passport online page or report a lost item at Lost and Found.
