The Miami Finance Forum, South Florida’s leading professional finance industry networking organization, has announced that Raul A. Garcia has been named chair.

The Miami Finance Forum creates programming that fosters and supports the continued growth of Miami and the rest of South Florida as the premier network of finance and investment professionals. Together, the 2019 leadership team brings deep experience from key financial sectors that contribute toward the MFF’s mission of establishing Miami as South Florida’s global financial hub.

A resident of Palmetto Bay, Garcia is a principal in the financial services practice at Kaufman Rossin in Miami. He leads both audit and tax engagements for clients predominantly in the investment industry including hedge funds, private equity funds, registered investment advisors, and broker-dealers.

Active in the community, Garcia served as president of the Arts & Business Council of Miami from 2005 to 2017 and the president of the Parks Foundation of Miami-Dade County from 2009 to 2018. He has been involved with the Miami Finance Forum since 2015.
