Sushi Sake, World Famous House of Mac, Taco Rico, Central Park Food Station and The Berry Farm headline this year’s restaurant lineup

The Miami Marlins and PEPSI® are expanding their commitment to showcasing Miami’s dynamic culinary scene by bringing the iconic cola brand’s Food Deserves Pepsi® program to loanDepot park for the 2026 season.

As part of the broader Food Deserve Pepsi® platform – rooted in the fact that great food is made even better with the crisp, refreshing taste of Pepsi – the partnership will transform The Change Up concession stand at Section 1 on the Promenade Level into a rotating showcase of Miami’s most craveable, can’t-miss local favorites, spotlighting beloved South Florida restaurants throughout the season. The 2026 lineup features five fan-favorite restaurant partners, each bringing a distinct taste of Miami to Marlins home games:

      • Sushi Sake
      • World Famous House of Mac
      • Taco Rico
      • Central Park Food Station
      • The Berry Farm

“Pepsi has been an outstanding partner in helping us elevate the fan experience at loanDepot park, and bringing the Food Deserves Pepsi® platform to The Change Up builds on that momentum,” said Rob Gelman, Vice President of Partnership Development and Strategy for the Miami Marlins. “Together, we’re celebrating the flavors that define South Florida while supporting local businesses and giving our fans something new to look forward to throughout the season.”

From fresh sushi rolls and signature mac and cheese creations to authentic Mexican cuisine, community-driven comfort food, and seasonal farm favorites, this year’s local restaurant lineup is built around bold flavors and iconic pairings with Pepsi – where its crisp, refreshing taste complements what’s already on the plate and takes every savory, bold bite to the next level.

“Great ballpark food deserves more than just a drink on the side, it deserves a pairing that elevates every bite,” said Paul Mihovilovic, Foodservice Sales, Vice President, PepsiCo Beverages U.S., Mid Atlantic and Southeast Regions. “That crisp, ice-cold sip of Pepsi that cuts through something rich or refreshes between bites is what makes the experience complete and easy to come back to for fans. Through Food Deserves Pepsi, we’re proud to partner with the Miami Marlins to showcase standout local restaurants and make every sip and bite at loanDepot park more memorable.”

The Food Deserves Pepsi® platform continues to expand the Marlins’ efforts to position loanDepot park as more than a ballpark but a destination where great food, superior cola and unmatched fans come together. By integrating local restaurant partners into the gameday experience, both the Marlins and Pepsi are creating moments fans can see, taste, and enjoy firsthand while supporting local businesses across South Florida.
