[dropcap]T[/dropcap]he Midtown Miami CDD, the agency which owns and operates the parking garages at Midtown Miami, now is offering two valet stands to make shopping, dining and visiting residents more convenient.
The first valet stand, located on Midtown Boulevard just south of 32nd Street, provides customers with parking for the condos and restaurants located in the eastern portion of the center, including Bocce Bar, Midtown Oyster Bar, Sugarcane Raw Bar & Grill, Midtown 2 and 4, and Midblock. Potential residents visiting Fortune Realty for a tour of available condos will receive a validation, making the valet complimentary.
The new west valet location, on Buena Vista Avenue and NE 32nd Street, will offer parking for the opposite side of the center, including Novecento Bistro, Barú Urbano and IT Espresso Lounge.
Both valet stands are open for business and will make your visit to Midtown Miami even more convenient by allowing you to Valet Your Way! Customers of any of the restaurants at Midtown Miami should ask their servers for a discount card to save on valet fees.
For customers who do not wish to valet, self park is available in one of the two garages at a rate of $2 for the first two hours. Additional fees apply after the first two hours. For the eco-minded Midtown visitor, electric car parking and charging stations are available in the North Garage.
Midtown Miami CDD makes parking easy. With more than 1,700 parking spaces located in three garages and two valet stands, visitors can park their way. Whether visiting residents of one of Midtown’s condos or making a stop at the Shops at Midtown Miami for shopping and dining, the self park, valet and new electric car parking spots provide something for every vehicle. Midtown Miami is located on the corner of NE 36th and N. Miami Avenue.
