Moss Construction broke ground on Mast Capital’s Cipriani Residences Miami on Feb. 13 celebrating a significant milestone in the evolution of Brickell’s skyline.

Developed by Mast Capital and designed by Arquitectonica, Cipriani Residences Miami is poised to be Brickell’s tallest building at a staggering height of 950 feet above ground level.

The 84-story nautical-inspired skyscraper, planned for 1420 S. Miami Ave., will feature a collection of 397 residences, including exceptional penthouses with private pools.

Residents will enjoy an array of amenities including a private restaurant and speakeasy, a resort-style pool deck with cabanas and a fitness center, a spa with sauna and treatment rooms, wellness center, a children’s playroom, and a pickleball court. In total, residents will be able to enjoy 50,000 square feet of luxury amenities that serve as an extension of their home.

“We are excited to embark on this ambitious project with Mast Capital,” said Luis Hidalgo, senior vice president of Moss. “Cipriani Residences will transform Miami’s skyline as it takes the Panorama Tower’s place as the tallest building in Brickell. We are thrilled to be a part of this historic moment.”

Cipriani Residences Miami’s expected completion is slated for 2028. This is the first of two projects that Moss and Mast Capital will break ground on together this year.
