Ever since she was a little girl living in Caracas, Venezuela, Andreina Kissane has loved art, especially that of Renaissance masters Rafael and Michelangelo. As she learned more about art, she began to appreciate the contemporary works of Jackson Pollock, Mark Rothko, Giacometti, Basquiat and others. Art truly is Andreina’s passion.

Now a Miami resident who holds a bachelor’s degree in art history and an MBA from the University of Miami, Kissane recently announced that she will open an art gallery called Ccucu Gall-Art in early 2025 on Brickell Key in Miami.  The address is: Courvoisier Courts, 701 Brickell Key Boulevard. The gallery will concentrate on the curation of contemporary art for the enjoyment of other artists and collectors.

“There is a vision behind every piece of art and Ccucu Gall-Art will provide an opportunity for people to view, relate to, and fall in love with a diverse spectrum of work from multi-national talent,” says Kissane. “I describe it as a contemporary art lab designed to assist collectors and art enthusiasts in discovering the perfect piece to match their personal taste and style.”

Kissane and Ccucu Gall-Art have proudly been selected to participate in this year’s Art Week Miami – Art Basel. Kissane will be displaying some of her gallery’s artwork during Art Week Miami December 3-8 at Red Dot Miami in Wynwood, and at Scope Art Show on Miami Beach. Once Ccucu Gall-Art opens, Kissane will showcase the artwork of contemporary artist FVT, whose expressionistic work is rooted in mystical theology, and whose strokes on the canvas represent the artist’s response to the divine world. One of his most famous paintings, The Door, represents the pathway that becomes visible when one surrenders completely to God’s will, according to the artist. Kissane and Ccucu Gall-Art have the pleasure of presenting the work of FVT and it truly is a combination of divinity and beauty. FVT is creating a great deal of notoriety in the art world and Art Week Miami should be spectacular.

“Ccucu Gall-Art is driven by the mission to connect people with art that inspires and challenges,” says Kissane. “At its core, the primary goal is to create an environment that facilitates the discovery of new perspectives, allowing both seasoned collectors and emerging art lovers to explore artwork that resonates with their tastes and values.”

Looking toward the future, Ccucu Gall-Art seeks to expand its reach both physically and digitally, offering immersive art experiences and growing its community of collectors, artists, and collaborators. By continuing to innovate and evolve, the gallery aims to remain a hub for those who view art not just as a luxury, but as a transformative force in society.
