Amid the vibrant epicenter of Miami in Brickell City Centre, comes a translation of American classic dining with new CA by Cafe Americano.

Invoking an ethos of cool comfortability, this feel-good restaurant invites diners to ease into a laid-back setting as carefully curated cocktails and flavors aim to elevate the day.

Inspired by its tropical and Latin roots, the space beautifully balances tones of natural materials, soft caramel browns and palm greens. Arrival to the vintage wood radio hostess stand cues a sense of nostalgia, as handsome leather sofas and airy dining room beckon diners to tuck in for a leisurely afternoon or evening. Grab a stool at the sprawling copper-clad bar where made-to-order craft cocktails and milkshakes offer the ideal buttoned-down spot to cool off the day.

Here, what feels like a modern nod to the past is punched up with global touches pulled from diverse culinary backgrounds. V&E Restaurant Group teamed up with The Culinary Edge to design a menu that balances comfort with creativity, bringing distinctive flair and flavors to classic creations.

For an earlier start, opt for updated comfort foods such as Tres Leches French Toast (Brioche, Tres Leches Custard, Cinnamon, Rum Dulce de Leche, Corn Flake Crumb, Whipped Cream & Strawberries) Spicy Chicken & Waffles (Waffles Topped with Chile-Spiced Crispy Chicken, Hot Honey Maple Drizzle, Green Onion & Gold Dust) or Barbacoa Chilaquiles (Corn Tortilla Chips, Salsa Roja, Shredded Beef, Sunny Side Eggs, Radish, Crema, Avocado, Queso Fresco & Cilantro).

A selection of Bites like Ceviche Sliders (Sea Bass, Shrimp, Aji Peppers, Avocado, Pico de Gallo, Cilantro & Leche de Tigre on Top of Crispy Tostadas) and Beet Tiradito (Roasted Red Beets, Citrus, Pepitas, Crispy Shallots, Microgreens & Avocado Green Goddess dressing) are refreshingly good, while Salads and Handhelds like Mojo Chicken Avocado Salad (Kale, Romaine, Pulled Chicken, Oranges, Watermelon Radish, Pickled Red Onions, Cucumber, Avocado, Pepitas, Queso Fresco & Mojo Vinaigrette) and Cubano Club (Roasted Mojo Pork Shoulder, Smoked Ham, Swiss Cheese, Sliced Pickles, Mustard, Cuban Bread, Toasted, served with Yucca Fries & Chimichurri Crema) delve deeper into Latin flavors.

A variety of main dishes are offered such as Molten Chicken Parmigiana (Crispy Breaded Chicken Breast Drenched in Marinara & Molten Mozzarella, served tableside) and Short Ribs (Grilled Thin Cut Short Ribs Marinated in Sweet Mojo Served with Green Apple-Pickled Red Onion Slaw and Cilantro Rice) and range from $21 to $55.

Opening daily for breakfast through dinner, CA by Cafe Americano will be serving up elevated cocktails highlighting an interplay of fresh ingredients and tropical flavors, alongside a global array of spirits, wines, and beers. Programming will embody an upbeat mood, while delivery options ensure diners can enjoy their favorite dishes in the comfort of their home.
