Members of the community joined hospital leaders, physicians and patients for the ribbon cutting of the state-of-the-art Nicklaus Children’s Orthopedic, Sports Medicine and Spine Institute.
The new space, located on the third floor of the George E. Batchelor Research and Academic Pavilion boasts 19,000 square feet and features expanded treatment areas designed with patient and family comfort in mind. This new location houses an imaging suite with an EOSedge imaging system, two x-ray machines, 18 exam rooms, cast rooms and meeting spaces.
Nicklaus Children’s Orthopedic, Sports Medicine and Spine Institute is routinely ranked among the best in the nation by U.S. News & World Report and offers follow-up care and consultations in six locations throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties to serve patients close to home.
